Film Director Justen Weber & Acclaimed film producer Mark Titus, in collaboration with Eva’s Wild, Art Vision Air and Clean Lake Union are creating 30-minute documentary film series, Swales on Storm Water Affecting Local Eco Systems. A story so compelling it will drive us to action. Beneath the six bridges spanning Lake Union, another community is on the move. All five keystone salmon species cross directly below these waterways in their annual journey to spawn upstream. The voyage has never been more perilous. Juvenile Coho salmon are struggling to live in toxic water, as our resident marine species face a cascade of deadly pressure caused by automobiles, a catastrophic blow that has been dealt to native wildlife in our region, specifically our endangered orca population, who struggle to survive as their food supply dwindles Join film director Justen Weber and acclaimed filmmaker Mark Titus as they set out to answer the most urgent question of our time; what can be done to reverse a century of ecological oversight?
